award has been presented annually since 1984 by the DMAT board of
Directors to the person who has repeatedly and unselfishly offered
their time and expertise to DMAT. This new award replaces the Irv Twilley Award. Irv was one of the Founders of DMAT
and his legacy was honored for many years with this award.
