Position: Part-Time Database Manager, West List Company Location: Toronto, West Queen West area Who We Are:
West List Co. is a leading provider of prospecting, database management and data integration solutions. Our mission is to help our clients find the best prospects available, regardless of communication channel and to excel at managing and enhancing their data. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Business Development, the Database Manager will facilitate the creation of an Access database using existing Excel data. This position is part-time, approximately six hours per week at $20 per hour. Qualifications:
- Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential and sensitive nature
- Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions
- Highly motivated, proactive, flexible self-starter who can implement systems, processes and tools effectively
- Ability to work independently
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and databases required
- An undergraduate degree or diploma; or enrollment in a designated university or college
- Experience in web design, HTML, copywriting would be an asset
