Harvey McKinnon Associates is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to fill the role of Account Coordinator in their Toronto office.

You and your role As a member of the Toronto account team, you’ll work within an overall framework of account, design, and production teams. While you will work under the direction and leadership of an account manager, you will work directly with a variety of clients and contribute to success of their direct response campaigns. Your strong time management skills will help you keep projects on schedule.

In addition to the above, you are: • responsible, self-motivated • far-above average in your detail and organizational skills (“filing cabinet brain”) • able to demonstrate proven project management skills • a clear, typo-free writer with proven grammatical skills • able to proof documents with a high degree of accuracy • driven by a strong sense of integrity and a good sense of humour • an effective, personable, and respectful communicator • highly adept with Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows • willing to ask questions, grow and learn • willing to admit when you make a mistake, and to learn from it • a proven team player who is equally effective working independently • direct response experience an asset but not required
