NCM List Services Division has been the number one direct marketing source for businesses to sell their products and services directly to Canadian governments for 20 years. NCM also maintains one of the largest US government lists. NCM currently has database of over 2 million Government employee records covering all of North America. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the NCM team and further develop our List Services Division by implementing new marketing strategies and actively seeking new clients.
Job Description: NCM is looking for a charismatic, results-oriented, self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record of success.
Skill Requirements:
- Education: Completion of College or University
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales (data editing experience an asset)
- Languages: Fluency in English. French language an asset
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining existing client relations and further business development
- Researching and identifying new prospective clients
- Editing and updating lists (training provided)
- Cold calling sales
- Selling lists and other NCM products and services
- Researching and identifying new list opportunities to develop
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of planning and achieving sales goals by developing new business while maintaining current clients
- Ability to handle pressure and meet list editing deadlines
- Good at multitasking
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and the Internet environment is a must
- Proficiency in Maximizer, or equivalent CRM software, is an asset
Essential Skills:
Reading and editing skills, oral communication, computer proficiency
Specific Skills: Must be comfortable telemarketing and making outbound phone calls. Customer service oriented, generating leads, developing marketing and advertising techniques for the List Services Division. You should also be detailed oriented to ensure accurate list editing.
Other:
This position offers a valuable opportunity for a highly motivated and confident individual. You must have previous sales and outbound calling experience. Marketing and Advertising background is an asset.
